30-Day Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day warranty from the delivery date for all jewelry purchased from our store. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects, including faulty clasps, broken chains and workmanship defects arising under normal wear.

If you find your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order at ourbeadifuldays@gmail.com. Kindly include your order number and clear photos showing the problem. Our team will review your claim and decide whether to offer repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does NOT apply to the following situations:

• Normal wear and tear

• Natural tarnishing, fading or plating deterioration over time

• Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfume, cosmetics or improper maintenance

• Accidental damage, improper use or impact damage

• Lost or stolen items

• Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties

Jewelry is inherently delicate. Well-crafted jewelry can become damaged due to rough handling. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper daily use and neglect.

All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase.

Any return for approved warranty claims must follow our shipping instructions. We reserve the right to reject items returned without prior authorization.

Shipping fees may apply for all warranty-related returns.

This warranty supplements your statutory consumer rights. It does not cover any issues arising after the 30-day warranty window.
